Sunday Morning Church Run

If I would read my texts more carefully I would know where to meet my slug sister for our run.  I went to the wrong trail head.  Oops.  Luckily we were only a couple miles apart from each other and it was faster to meet on the trail than drive.  We ran an easy 10 miles then Kathy continued on for two more.  My lower leg issue is better but not 100%.  I still feel it but it is more of an annoyance than pain.  I am slowly trying to up my mileage so I can do the Get Your Butt Kicked Race in July.
