Day 2 Training

According to my training schedule today was supposed to be a rest day.  Since I am off work today I decided to do my easy run.  I ran 4.1 miles at an easy pace.  The first mile was a slow warm up (very slow) then I did two miles of 9:45 pace, then a slow cool down.  The weather was foggy and in the 40s.  In the evening I did a 10 minute ab workout.
