A couple of weeks ago Jim bought a set of kettle bells. A kettle bells is a weight with a handle. This will give me some variety to my strength and stretch routine. I have used them several times. Tonight I decided to read the direction that came with them. Holy cow! There were lots of words like "Danger!", "Health Hazard!", "Warning!", "Beware". What was I getting myself into? Basically you should not drop it on your head, toe or any other body part. I think I can safely use kettle bells. Today was a strength and stretch day complete with kettle bells.
