Today was a free day but busy day.
First I went to my a birthday party for my three year old great niece. I observed that three year olds run through the house for the pleasure of running. Running is a natural movement for small children, something they do with no effort at all. I love to watch children run.
Then we went for a five mile hike on the Stinging Nettle Trail. We had the trail to ourselves.
After that we went to see the movie "Star Wars Rogue One". This was Jim's idea. I took a little nap in the beginning then spent the rest of the movie trying to figure out who were the good guys and and who were the bad guys. Too much shooting and destruction for me. Wondering how those storm troopers run in those outfits.
Looking forward to running tomorrow.
