Fun with a running friend

Running with a friend is always more fun.  Today Kathy and I went for an easy 4 mile run.  It was on the Rock Hollow trail which goes downhill then back up.  It was at an easy pace so the uphill was not too bad although it was still hard.  We got the run in before the predicted snowfall.
