Today I had my beautiful granddaughter, Willow. On Willow days I get lots of arm exercise. I lift a 19 pound baby multiple times. I can do squats and lunges while holding a 19 pound baby. I had a well woman check up in the morning. I am happy to report that I am a well woman. I went to visit my parents in the evening. This left time for some stretching and strength training.
