My Plan

I miss having a plan to look at every day.  I don't like be plan-less.  Today I got my plan out to reminisce.  Oh the hill workouts, the aerobic runs, the tempo runs and Yassos.  The long runs with my slug sister.  I miss my plan.

I have concluded that we definitely use different muscles when we run that when we walk.  This thigh thing proves it.  I can walk fast, walk slow, walk up and down stairs, do squats and lunges and my legs feel perfect.  I did not try to run today but yesterday when I tried my quad did not feel right.  I will try to run again this weekend.
