Today I talked to TJ who used to live in St. George. I told her I was considering running the St. George Marathon. The first thing she said was, "That's an easy course, it's downhill". She did say it was a gradual down hill.
My right quad muscle was bother me before the race. It felt fine during and after the race but as the days have gone by it has been more sore. I have been resting it. I get impatient with not running. I have been walking every day and it feels fine walking.
