Training

I have been training for the Mo Cowbell Half Marathon.  I don't really have a goal in mind.  I just want to have fun at a race.  I have been doing two 6 miles runs a weekend long run and another short or recovery run.  Then I have been doing cross training.  I have been trying to work on my abs and core.  Today I ran 6 miles with Jim.
