Running With Friends

Today was a fabulous run with Jim, Kathy and Marti.  Here are facts:

• 16 degrees is quite comfortable running if you are dressed right
• When it is 16 degrees there are not many people on the trail and you can run 4 wide with no problems of people passing
• Running with friends makes a run go by in no time.
• Women talk more than men.

After the run Jim asked,  "How do you women run and talk at the same time?"
