The temperature was in the single digits today. With the windchill it was colder than a polar bear's toenails. It was colder in St. Louis than in Anchorage, Alaska today. I walked to my mailbox to get the mail then decided to exercise in the house.
My runs have been in the single digits lately. I figure I am resting my body by running short easy runs and doing cross training.
