I work for Nokia which is headquartered in Finland. I talk to people in Finland quite often. They sometimes share their Finnish sayings. Today's saying of the day, "You have slippery skis but you mustn't turn off the track." I have rewritten this to: "You have muddy shoes but you mustn't turn off the trail."
Today was a rest day. It was also National Pizza Day. I did some stretching and ate pizza.
Only two months until the Go St Louis Half Marathon.
