Running at Castlewood

Last week I ran at Castlewood.  It was 30 degrees and very windy.  There were two cars in the parking lot.  Today Jim suggested we go to Castlewood.  It is ten days until the Castlewood Cup Race and Jim is getting serious about training.  Today it was 47 degrees.  There were a couple of dozen cars in the parking lot.  What a difference 17 degrees makes.  We ran about 2/3 of the Castlewood cup course.  I completed 7 miles at a 11:31 average pace.  It was a great day for running.
