Valentine's Day

Today is Valentine's Day.  I told Jim that it would be romantic to go on a run together.  He thought I was nuts.  Since I did today's workout yesterday, I decided to do stretch and strength today.  I continue to work on upper body strength, abs and flexibility.

Today my slug sister who is also my coach left me a present to remind myself of the goal -  a cute little flying pig.  She also gave me socks for my tired feet.  She must  have read my mind because my feet have been tired lately.
