February has been very warm. Today was close to seventy degrees. Since I ran yesterday and will do my long run tomorrow, today was rest. The weather was so nice that I really wanted to run but I know the importance of rest. Instead I did some stretch and strength.
One of the exercised I do is balancing on one foot for 30 seconds. This is pretty easy until I try to do it with my eyes closed. It is amazing how the eyesight affects balance.
