Hills in the morning

Today was supposed to be an 8 mile hills/trails medium long run.  There was no room in my schedule for this so I did the best I could.  At 7 a.m. before work I did a warm up in the subdivision then ran up and down the hill several times.  The hill up to the subdivision is pretty tough.  Total was 5.5 miles.

Note to self:  When you cut the tags off a new sports bra make sure to get all the little plastic things that hold the tags on.  Ouch.
