Today was a rest day for stretching and strength. I usually stretch out all the muscles in my legs ignoring my feet. However, my feet have felt achy so I decided I need to add foot stretches to my routine. Here are my favorite foot exercises:
Roll the foot on a golf ball.
Stand on a step on toes and raise and lower heels down.
Pick up a towel will the toes.
After my foot stretching I feel great. I'm looking forward to running tomorrow.
