Yesterday was a 20 mile run. Today the plan said "Rest or 3-4 Mile Recovery Run". I had to decide if I should run or not run. No - my legs were tired. Yes - the weather was beautiful. No - I ran 20 miles yesterday. Yes - I didn't run last week at all. No - I was really tired. Yes - I sat at my desk all day. Of course, I decided to run. Jim went with me and we did a slow three mile run on the trail.
Today is the first day of spring. Last week we turned our clocks for daylight savings time. It is a good time of year to run. Given the choice to run or not to run, I usually run.
