10,000 Steps

Every day I try to get 10,000 steps.  This is easy on days I run.  On rest days it's not too hard because I like to walk or hike.  Today I took my granddaughter for a walk.  I learned that when I am pushing a stroller I don't get credit for my steps.  I guess my arm doesn't move enough.  The same goes for pushing a shopping cart.

My ankle/shin is very sore today.  I decided I really need to rest it.  I am not very good at taking days off.  Foam rolling and yoga for me.
