Tonight we had the Wildwood Arbor Day Tree Hugger Be Brave 5K. That is a long name for a 5K. I used the Jim Goldsberry training plan. Run a little, taper a lot, race. I have been cross training the last 10 days to rest my shin/ankle. Tonight I ran. It was a nice night in the high 60s. I wore shorts and a tank. I can't say I ran pain free but I was happy to be running. Jim and I both came in first in our age groups. Came home and iced my leg.
