The number seventeen keeps coming up. It is now only 17 days until the Flying Pig Marathon! Today I went to the trail to do my run. Kathy was finishing her run as I was starting mine. I was so happy to see her running and looking strong.
Today's workout was a warm up then 4 tempo miles then a cool down. My legs were tired but I pushed through. I think it was a good workout even though I was tired throughout.
