Crosstraining

Today was a cross training day.  Jim and I went for a 15 mile bike ride.  We rode the trails to Rockwood Reservation.  The bridge into the park is still under constructions but we could easily walk our bikes over it.  Jim prefers bike riding to running.  Discussion on the way home:

Me:  I have cross training most Thursdays.  We can go for a bike ride.
Jim:  Only one day a week?  I think you should ride a bike 4 days a week and run one day.
Me:  What kind of plan is that?
Jim:  A good one.
