The beauty of an early morning run

This morning I was up at 5:35.  I was dressed and out the door at 5:55.  I remember the beauty of an early morning run:

• It is the coolest part of the day
• The sprinklers are on in the subdivision so I can run through the sprinklers if I get warm or if I  want to relive the joys of childhood.
• It is a great way to start a day

I ran 4 miles easy - very easy and then did 6 strides.
