Plan day 5

This plan is genius.  I love this new plan.  Day 5 out of 126 days - 4% of the way done.  Today was a 3 mile easy run with 6 strides.  The  plan says 4 - 6 strides but why do 4 when you can do 6.  I have been taking it easy on the strides because my glut and hamstring are still sore but I am always happy when I get to run.

Tonight my slug sister came over for dinner.  She brought her funny, silly, sweet basset.  My mother-in-law who is visiting wanted to take him home.  We talked running, dogs and lots of other topics.  It was a great evening to sip a glass of wine outside.
