Tai Chi

Today was a rest day.  I pulled up a youtube video and did a short tai chi workout.  Tai Chi is a very slow moving exercise.  I'm not sure it does anything but it is relaxing.  It  has been a month since the Flying Pig Marathon and I am feeling lazy.  It is good to have a new plan and be back to training.  I'm glad the new plan starts off slow because I feel I am still recovering.  I have been looking online for new shoes.  I am sure I will need some in the coming months.
