The New Plan

Today was a fabulous day because:

  • I have a new training plan for the St. George Marathon
  • I got to run with my flying pig slug sister
  • I ran and my quad felt fine
Day 1 of the new plan was a 2 mile easy run with 4 - 6 strides.  It was a lunchtime run and it was great.  The resting of my quad paid off.  It felt fine.  The hamstring is still a little tight but felt okay.  

I am so excited about the new plan.  I have been plan-less for the last month.  This new plan is a work of art.
