Not Running Again

Today I really, really wanted to run but I am making myself rest.  I know it is the best thing for me right now but it's hard to not run.  I spent 40 minutes on my elliptical trainer which at least makes me sweat a little.  I have been working on my core and upper body strength.  My legs are feeling really good.  I think it's time to try an easy run on flat land.
