Workout #2

Today was workout #2 on the plan.  This was a 2 mile warm up.  I really feel I need the warm ups these days.  I took the warm up nice and slow.  Then I ran an 8:57 and an 8:41 for the tempo pace.  The cool down was at 10:05.  I liked this work out.  I still need to find time to go to a PT or Chiropractor to figure my hamstring issues.  I am happy I can run.
