The pre plan - plan

I decided I need a plan before the next marathon training plan.  I put together a  pre-plan plan to keep me healthy.  I am still resting my quad even though it feels much, much better.

Today's pre-plan plan:

  • 30 minute aerobic workout on the elliptical trainer.  This felt great.  I was sweating and breathing hard.  It felt like a work out.
  • Five  planks held for 1 minute each spread throughout the day.
  • 5 X 10 squats
  • 3 X 10 push ups (the girlie kind because I'm a wimp)
